How To Raise Your Vibration

Do you know that when you raise your vibration level, you are opening your self to greater opportunities? When I found out about this, I finally understood why whenever we feel bad, more bad things come into our life. Then whenever we feel happy, the more we get surprises and blessings. 

As you increase your positive vibration, you are also increasing your chances of attracting more beautiful things. That is because the world sends back to you whatever energy you send out to it. It’s not about luck. It’s about your ability and power to manifest what we truly desire. 

What is a vibration? 

Maybe there are times that you wonder why you are so unlucky. You keep being laid off from your job, struggling financially, and your health is getting worst while others are so lucky, and they keep getting more abundance in life. That is because your vibrations attract whatever is manifesting in your reality. And you can end that situation on your end.

Vibration is our emotional state and how we communicate our thoughts. When we vibrate at a higher level, we release positive energy that makes us lighter, happier, and more relaxed. It also makes us a better version of ourselves and allows us to live a meaningful life. On the other hand, when our vibration is at a lower level, you start to feel depressed, your health becomes poor, negative people come in, and things do not go based on your plan. With positivity, our vibration increases its level inviting countless blessings, better living, and aspiring people around you. 

Ways to Raise your vibration

1. Be thankful

You might think that you don’t have enough, but actually, you have more than enough. Gratitude is the quickest way to increase the level of your vibration. Focus your thoughts not on what you don’t have but rather what you have. You can use a gratitude journal and write things that you are thankful for every day or every night. It feels amazing once you see your list that there are many things you should be grateful for. Stop complaining and start appreciating.  

2. Be sensible of your thoughts, word, and action

Remember that whatever you think can turn to reality. Remember that our thoughts come out as our words or actions. Every single thought you have has a significant impact on your life. If you are mindful of your thoughts, you are filtering the negative and choose only the positive ones. You can try meditation as your powerful tool to become aware of our thoughts and let go of negativity. You acknowledge those negative thoughts, release, and turn in to positive.

3. Bring out the kid in you

Remember when you are still a kid? You feel happy even on small or simple things, and that’s what we need to revive in yourself. You have to have fun and be a kid again. Enjoy things like flowers, butterflies, and the next sunset. Enjoyment is a positive feeling that increases your vibration. 

4. Love 

Isn’t it an amazing feeling to love and be loved? It makes you feel happy, relax, confident, appreciated, and many more positive emotions. That increases your positive vibration higher, releasing positive energy, and attracting great things into your life. But, love should start within yourself. Loving yourself plays a vital role in your happiness. Listen to yourself, identify what you need and what you have to let go. Accept also your flaws and use it as an opportunity to grow. When you genuinely love yourself, you can give love to the people around you. 

5. Be kind and generous

 Kindness and generosity attract abundance. Think that you always have more than enough to help others. Being greedy and unkind lowers your vibration. Start to extend your hand to those who are in need. It doesn’t need to be a material thing or money, your presence, comfort, love, and understanding is a form of help worth more than material things. 

6. Learn to forgive

If our heart is filled with anger, you are dragging your vibration low. Learn how to forgive, even though it might be difficult to some, but allow yourself to heal and move on. It will quiet your mind so that you can focus on what you manifest in your life. 

7. Eat foods that increase your vibes

Yes! Some foods can increase your vibration. Avoid dead energy foods such as meat, processed or fried foods. They can lower your vibration. Choose to eat organic fruits and vegetables as they can make you happy, vibrant, and active. Foods that can make you vibrate at a high level of frequencies are blueberries, broccoli, herbal tea, nuts, raw chocolate, honey, and other fresh fruits and vegetables.

8. Move your body and raise vibration

Vibrations also require some movement. It promotes good blood flow and gives you a happy feeling. Be active to increase not only your physical energy but also your vibration energy. 


9. Use of positive entertainment to raise your vibration

If you love reading books, listening to music, or watching movies, it will be best to view, read, or listen to something that can uplift your spirit. It helps you release any negative thoughts and feelings. You can use positive or relaxing music as you do your daily mantra or meditation. 

10. Go outside

Get some fresh air, take a walk, or spend time in nature. Nature offers a high vibration that makes you relax, peaceful, and regenerates your energy. Be part of “Earthing” where you allow your self walk barefoot and feel the flow of nature and recharge faster.

11. Surround yourself with positive people will help to raise your vibration

Be with people who can lift you up instead of dragging you down. Choose people who can share positive vibes with you and prevent absorbing negative vibrations. Spend time with peers that can make you feel good about yourself.
