The discovery of the law of attraction has helped many people through the years create and live a better life. The law of attraction (LOA) is a law or principle that states that “like attracts like”.
Perhaps an easier way to understand this is to think that we attract into our lives whatever it is we focus on.
If we think positive things, we attract more positive things. If we think negative things, we attract more negative things. Basically, it’s a law that states that what you think about, whether positive or negative, you’ll manifest more of the same in your life.

Much of this teaching comes from quantum physics, which is the study of the tiniest particles of the earth – photons, electrons, and other particles. These teensy particles, called quanta, have been studied by physicists for quite some time now, trying to understand the nature and behavior of matter and energy.
Essentially, quantum physics, or quantum mechanics, asserts that everything – all matter – is energy that is vibrating at various frequency speeds. As a body of scientific laws, quantum physics also states that observation of such energy can make a difference in how that energy works.

What Are You Giving Your Attention To?
By observation, we mean attention. When we give attention to something, it can change the behavior of that energy. Thus, “attracting” more of the same.
As we learn more about and apply the law of attraction to our lives, it’s likely we’ll start paying more attention to what we are focusing on. In other words, focus is energy flow. Therefore, the law of attraction at the quantum physics level states that focus, including thoughts and words, are HUGE determining factors in our lives.
The law of attraction principle has been around for thousands of years. Men and women have tapped into this law to significantly change their lives, including Jesus, who told his followers to, “Ask, believe, then receive,” which is the law of attraction principle in simple terms.

Focus Creates Energy
Process this with me. The law of attraction asserts that we are attracting into our lives what we focus on. This focus creates energy that draws like unto like, so we MUST be careful what we think about because this law asserts that we will get exactly what we are thinking.
For example, if you struggle with sadness a lot, constantly thinking about it and saying things such as, “I’m so depressed. Nothing ever goes my way. Others have it so much better. I’m such a loser, etc.,” then that puts out a certain negative vibrational energy into the universe that is likely to attract more negative things your way. This means you may very well continue that cycle of sadness or depression.
Retrain Your Brain
Like attracts like. If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, you must re-train yourself into thinking positive thoughts and speaking positive words so that inside, you’ll start making some important changes to your energy body.
When you can do this consistently, your vibrational energy will start attracting more positive things into your life.
Say things like, “I am so happy and grateful because my life is awesome! I expect great things to happen today!” Think positive, speak positive, and watch positive things manifest!
What We Think About, We Become
The law of attraction affects our everyday lives. We are attracting people, circumstances, jobs, relationships, and more into or out of our lives continually. Do you understand that you are a product today of all your thoughts up until today?
What we think about, we surely do experience and become!
This is wonderful news because no matter what your past has been like, or even what your present circumstances are, the law of attraction is backed by quantum physics. The LOA is an active law that can significantly influence the rest of your life if you will apply it diligently.
Begin to monitor your thoughts and evaluate how positive or negative they are. If you find yourself thinking negatively, train yourself to change that type of thinking into positive thinking. As you learn more about this powerful law, you can learn how to manifest your desires and watch your life change right before your eyes.
