You are attracting based on your thoughts and feelings vibrational alignment. Whatever you focus on arrived because that’s what the universe perceives from you. It is just responding to your vibrational energy.
It works just like a radio. You can actually tune in your frequencies. You can manifest your desire by shifting your emotional frequencies higher than your receptive self. Remember that you are in control of your frequency, but if you are full of negative emotions, you are setting your frequencies lower. The more you attract the same events that can add up to that negativity. On the other hand, if you have positive feelings, you move your frequencies higher, creating positive results.
When you are vibrationally aligned, you feel good about yourself and your life. It is like you are in the purest state of your being. It is when you are doing things that make you happy. So your goal now is to have more positive feelings and events that bring you joy.
Techniques to align your vibration
Whether you want success, health, love, career, or abundance, you need to have your desire’s vibrational feeling. Here are the techniques that you use to align your vibration.
Declaring statements that ladder up your vibration with the law of attraction is an effective way to make a vibrational alignment. Write down affirmations that make you happy and read or repeat it over and over every day. You can try the following affirmations:

If many things are running in our minds, we find it challenging to identify what we really want. You can start with a 10- 15-minute simple meditation every day. Writing in a journal can also give you a bigger picture of what you truly desire. Right down all your intentions and what you are thankful for. You should try instead of dwelling on negative things that are happening to you right now, focus on things that give you happy feelings. Release any thoughts or feelings that lower your vibrational energy. I’m not telling you to ignore those negative feelings but rather acknowledge it and shift your attention to the positive ones. If you are not feeling great, then find things that make you feel good. And again, when you feel good, you are in vibrationally aligned with who you are. Also, once you feel good, you can think of better solutions and make better decisions.
