If you are an emotional sponge or a sensitive person, you better stop absorbing negative energy…
Be Intentional and Make Most Out of Life

Another secret of having a blissful life is to be intentional. If you think, your life seems no sense of purpose, happiness, or excitement, being intentional can bring sparks in your life.
If you feel that every day seems like you are in an autopilot mode. When you are doing something like a routine every day like waking up every day, you go to work and sleep again. Every day seems just the same, and yet you were stuck in that scenario.
Do you want to be in that situation every day? I want to move you out in that situation by helping you to be intentional.
What is it to be intentional?
First, you must understand what you need to be. If you have read my previous blogs, you will notice that I always mention about declaring your intentions. Now, you will not only declare it but also take action with it too. Living a life of intentions can help you change your life. You can make it more meaningful, purposeful, and fulfilling.
Once your intentions are real and wise, helpful and positive, keep going forward. Never ever give up!
You need to have clarity of your vision in life: what do you want to happen, and who you want to be,as well as what actions you need to take? I’m telling you, be intentional, so you will never be on a routine that will forever keep you in the same situation.
Being intentional means interacting with your life, taking actions, and engaging yourself to make every day with a purpose. It is also because you want to achieve something, and you care for yourself and the people who love you. Nonetheless, even life seems so difficult you can still make a change– a positive one. It is what will make it happen.
Let me give you an example. You go to the market not just to buy household needs but also you buy something that you are passionate about- that is baking. Not only it serves as another source of your income but also, it makes you happy because you love doing it.
Ways To Be Intentional
You might ask, “How will I start? I don’t know what to do? I’ve tried, but I end up still living the same, years ago.” My dear, there are simple ways to be intentional every day so you can live a life full of happiness, achievements, and contentment.
1. Take a break
It is the first thing I wanted you to try, why? It is for you to reflect on what you have right now and what you wanted. You may be so busy and don’t even have any “me time” at all. But, I’m telling you are giving yourself 10 minutes of your time every day to pause is worth more than days, weeks, or even years of work. Why? This is because you are giving yourself a break from being preoccupied with thoughts that do not help you. These are thoughts that block you from seeing what’s wrong. You can meditate, go for a walk, listen to binaural beats. Relax so you can clear your thoughts.
2. Know yourself better
You might think that you know yourself, but there are some things that we forgot to ask ourselves to have a bigger picture of our life. You must know yourself so that you’ll see what you want, what you love to do, what’s more relevant to you, and what brings a smile to your face and what flutters your heart.
As you get to know yourself, the more you can create clear intentions. If you have clear intentions, you can come up with a great action plan to take.
3. Develop a morning and evening routine or habits
Creating a daily and evening routine or habits is an excellent way of putting your intentions to actions. You can start your day with regular exercising, or writing in your manifestation journal then you can end your day by writing what you are thankful for that day or listening to binaural music. Just make sure that you consistently do it.
4. Do something that makes you happy
It is simple yet impactful in being intentional. Why? When you are happy, it relaxes your mind, and it creates happy thoughts. Therefore, you can make better decisions, and it attracts positive things that add more value to your life. It also makes you more productive, especially if it is something that you are passionate about.
5. Be kind to anyone
Being kind doesn’t depend on who you are dealing with, it doesn’t matter what kind of person they are. What matters the most is what type of person you are. Be kind to people around you no matter how they treat you. Remember that the universe will give you whatever you send out to it. Creating healthy connections to others by being kind can transform lives.
6. Pat yourself on the back
Some may not appreciate your effort, but you can always pat yourself on the back whenever you did something you could be proud of. Doing even simple achievements is a way to live intentionally. It is adding a purpose to your everyday living. So do something that you can be proud of yourself, something that you can be proud of yourself. For example, going to the mall without many shopping bags of your wants or contacting your friends or family to check out on them, which you don’t usually do.
7. Know what you have to do
Sometimes we forget that there are essential things that we need to do because we are too busy thinking of our problems or doing something over and over every day. We forget to reflect and identify what you should need to do. If you list it, I bet you’ll record a lot. Then that’s the only time you’ll realize that you forgot to do things that make you happy or something that could change your life a long time ago. But no worries, it is not yet too late. You can start now listing your “to do’s” and begin to accomplish them one by one.
8. Mindful use of social media platforms
Nowadays, people spend too much time using social media. I admit I use social media for a couple of hours every day. But the question is, how do you take advantage of it. Social media offers easy access to various knowledge that give you new ideas and connect you to people. Furthermore, it can open great opportunities to improve yourself or to reach your dreams.
9. Give time for yourself
Have you experienced looking at the mirror and telling yourself that you’re not the same? You feel ugly, fat, or stressed. Why? Because you forgot to take care of yourself. Be reminded that your health matters most. It affects not only physically but also physically, mentally, emotionally, and even socially. You also need to take a rest to prevent running out of steam. I understand that it can be difficult, but there are simple ways to do some self-care without taking much of your time.
1. Breathing exercise
2. Have a restful sleep.
3. 15 minutes of yoga or meditation
4. Eat adequate nutritious foods
5. Go for a walk like a nature trip or hiking.
6. Listen to a relaxing or favorite song.
7. Have some refreshing, healthy drinks.

10. Get connected
Remember that you have family and friends. Giving yourself time with them can help you battle stress and be happy. Sometimes we forget our loved ones who make us happy, and we forget connecting with them to give a helping hand. You might not be aware that someone might need someone to talk with. By actively listening to them gives you a chance to show how much you care too. In addition to that, connecting to people may also connect you to your dreams.
11. Be grateful
Another super tool that can help you grow is being grateful for what you already have, which you can practise every time you wake up in the morning. Often you might not notice that there are a lot of small things you need to be grateful for. It was unnoticed because you focused on unaccomplished big dreams. Being thankful will help you realize how great it is to have something or achieve something, thus encouraging you to grow more and have more.

12. Intentional Journaling
Journaling exercise is a simple way to live every day intentionally. Think of your memories that made you feel so alive or happy. Then think of ideas on how you can replicate that same feeling by doing simple things. Lastly, take it into action. You might get surprised that it was the same feeling you have.
13. Act upon it
Yes, all these tips are nothing if you will not act upon it. It is easy to say, “I will do it.” Don’t let it be just a promise to yourself. You have to take action on any plans you make. Intentions will remain intentions if you do not do something to turn it to reality. Make it a goal!
Be intentional and experience change.
Integrating intentional living in your everyday life is taking one step out from your comfort zone and out from where you think was stuck. You are able to move closer to your dream life. Be intention and start embracing the idea that you can live a purposeful life, and start seeing a clear track of your goals.
I want you to experience a fruitful change, and to be happy and experience a fulfilling life. Start to be intentional and experience change you never thought you can.
